I'm not sure why Generex cannot do anything. That is concerning, since it's their business that is being affected.
This has gone on for such a long time and Generex and their lawyers should be in contact with the SEC daily on what is going on, what can they do to speed things up, what is missing, what needs to be done for approval, etc.. The same that should have been done for NGIO and the questions on the Form 10.
Doc, I am sure everyone appreciates all you are doing because you are not just helping yourself as an investor, but all of us, but Generex as a business should be doing this very thing to ensure it meets the needs of not just their investors, but the overall survival of the company itself.
