The primary function of the SEC is to protect investors.
Generex provided their initial info in Dec, a substantial update in Feb and then provided and amended filing 5 weeks ago. The SEC has yet to provide the Form EFFECT after 5 weeks.
BARDA is slow rolling Generex's application for funds. Could it be because Generex has not yet completed their reorganization plan of which the S-1 is an integral part?
The S-1 is required for Generex's funding to occur so we can move things forward including up listing.
Generex's PPS is losing ground most everyday as a direct result of these issues of which the S-1 approval is key.
My investment in GNBT is decreasing as the result of the SEC's not approving the S-1 and therefore the SEC is not protecting me as an investor.
Generex cannot do anything else but as investors we have a voice.
