MisterBaxter, you are correct. In the interview he had with Winnie, he did state Verb Live was launching last week. But we have yet to see any PR stating as such.
However, I believe Verb Live did launch, just have not gotten the website, notification, or fanfare yet. I would guess that all comes after the offering closes.
