Charles, I disagree. I don't think the offering has closed as of yet. Being held in a tight range for a reason. Until we see the 1 cent spreads with huge stacked bids and asks disappear, I don't believe it has closed.

Regardless, soon to have a good amount of cash in hand with a big new product to market. Add to it that there was no warrant, and there is a compelling reason for institutions to stay invested.
