Hey, Assiduous... glad to see another name on the board!
I’m no expert, and I’m not sure I can answer your Qs, but I’m happy to keep the conversation going.
I went back and looked at the full text of what you were referencing, and it’s not clear to me whether the Registration due 7/31 is for the total NGIO share count or the number of shares that the Oasis deal would represent. I sure hope it’s the latter, as that would be a milestone to see that S1 info by next Friday.
As far as the price goes, I don’t believe any of those prices shown commit the listing price to any particular value. That can change up until the IPO, so we won’t know that for a little while (?) longer...
But we sure hope it ends up successfully coming out at ANY of those values if it can be sustained on the market!
