Shouldn't there be additional money coming to GNBT when NGIO goes public? If Joe IPOs 40 million shares (just an example) at $4 to the public, the $160 million should go to GNBT because they own all of NGIO now except for the shares that were given as dividends to shareholders, and the agreement to sell Oasis up to $50 million in shares (not to exceed 4.99%). That $50 million would go to NGIO as operating capital.
