Not sure where $70M is coming from. They were getting a line to put stock against at Oasis for $40M GNBT and $50M NGIO. The GNBT was meant to get rid of going concern to have 12-18 months working capital available, but not to be accessed yet since the price is so low. The thought is to use it once upgraded to nasdaq, not at these prices.
