Either way will work. Anything that makes patient compliance helps though.

The question is both the injection info and the additional data was/is readily available and if the FDA wasn't so mired in their archaic way of thinking, someone could have picked up the phone and asked for the info prior to sending the letter. It is possible months have been lost. MAYBE the FDA will expedite the process. Not holding my breath.
