FYI for those that don't know but are interested in the NASDAQ uplisting.(pdf)

Was curious on the steps which are laid out. The 4-6 week timeline is really dependent on if the reviewers have questions and cydy gets back to them in a timely manner.
Cliff notes version (if you don't want to click the link)
Week 1 - app submission and review begins
Week 2/3 - NASDAQ staff completes preliminary review and prepares comment letter.
Week 3/4 - company addresses any issues from NASDAQ comment letter
Week 5/6 - review process complete and accepted(or rejected)
If cydy has all their ducks in a row this could go quickly...CFO said we qualify and with our current volume why not approve a little faster?
