whether they received all the data or not is critical. You're assuming they have all the data. I'm assuming not yet and that they hope to have it sometime this week. Since CYDY can't do their magic until after someone else whom they have no influence over completes their part and given the history of missed timelines, it would be another short term disaster to get everyone's hopes up in a definitive manner.

That being said, I will be pissed (at NP for setting another missed milestone and at myself for falling for it again) but not surprised if we don't get results before the end of July.
