We are all making assumptions. What you said, and what Ive said only differ by when they receive the data.

From what I've read about the process the process between data receipt and data locking is the most tedious and critical part of the process. I do not expect that this would be completed in a day or two, and that it why I believe they have already received the data and are in the process of inputting it.

Not sure this point is even worth debating, but hey thats what we do. lol
