Could be any number of things, but my guess is that blockchain is such a huge market, QMC thinks QDX HealthID can stand alone as a corporation in the CV19 Test management - ID management arena.
They think QDX HEALTHID will go big. Maybe this move sets up the ability to get financing for the new business.
They build a separate sales org for just HealthID, and that frees Squires to develop other business.
Remember that Jay Williams had about seven companies under him when he came onboard. He's done a few startups in blockchain and AI that were successful. Could be they carve out some niches they can develop and dominate.
