Solterra Renewables is also a subsiduary of QMC.QMC is the parent company I would believe as they have PR'd QDX HealthID updates since its development.The preferred shares may be there to raise capital for this venture to complete and launch it ?..Just my opinions and we dont really know until we see some filings.Hopefully that and news on QDX HealthID soon..cant come soon enough !
