Warrants have been converting. They had 10-12mm shares. I wonder if they sold them on the run up. Or even now. I asked this question about capitalization, but Jack said there were no more questions.
As for financing, I’m glad NP has been careful about this. We do not want to use our IP as collateral. This is very dangerous especially as we have not yet been approved/have revenues.
