NexTech AR Files to Uplist on NASDAQ Capital Markets
NexTech AR quickly files to uplist on Nasdaq. On June 17 it was at $1.55. On June 29th it hit 4.27. NexTech Ar is one of Wall Street Reporter's "Next Super Stock" and it had a conference call today right before Cytodyn. On June 19th NexTech Closed on $3,200,000 Non-Brokered Private Placement. And on NexTech AR Secures $600,000 Credit Line With Royal Bank of Canada
Why aren't we able to uplist? Is it because of a "going concern" question? Or is there some other reason? Is this why Nader wants to vote on issuing another 100 million shares, so that the company can sell some to qualify for uplisting?
