To add to this, if there is a quiet period, we have seen a barrage of 8-Ks over the last 4 weeks or so from companies / universities supporting the vaccine work. There were PRs about the interviews going on as well.

So, it looks like there is a pick and choose of what they want to announce during a 'quiet period' if you want to call it a quiet period if that.

I'm a bit curious as to what is actually allowed for a company to announce during a quiet period. It seems kind of open to interpretation.
