Pokey, you may be right. But then, why can Joe have a CC under the NGIO brand, including a PR announcing it, but we haven't seen any PR re: the 8k and the BARDA/CEPI applications? Maybe there isn't a "required" quiet period with the BARDA/CEPI apps and Joe is just keeping it low key as a courtesy or to avoid the appearance of showing up the grant organizations until they reach a decision?
