And one other quick thought...the volume speaks to the power of the PR vs. the previous release of multiple 8k without PR. I still think Zolis is spot on - there is a quiet period for some transaction (whether it's successful or not) that GNBT is observing. I'm not convinced NGIO is held to that QP, because with the form 10 acceptance, it is a spun out company. And all the BARDA and CEPI funding applications are for GNBT, even though NGIO might be the entity that is doing the actual work.

Just my opinion of what has and is transpiring. Hope I'm right, but sure as heck not betting the farm, the livestock or even a couple of the chickens that are pecking around in the front yard.
