I don't want to be too literal, but the PR says a CC for shareholders of NGIO ("shareholder conference call"
. That is us, GNBT and Oasis (assuming the deal has gone through). I don't think we should read into this that it is for brokers, other investors, etc at this time. There will be plenty of time for those types of calls/meetings/dog and pony shows once the S1 process has begun.
When I read the PR, I thought this was Joe's way of letting us ask all the questions that have been posed here with speculation on most of the answers. As RJS indicated, he also put it at a more convenient time for folks that are at work or can't call in at 10 am...just like the comments we posted here when asked a couple of months ago.
Naive? It probably should be my middle name, but I'm going with that story anyway.
