My main point wasn’t the dates. It was starting a negative rumor. Saying if he or anybody didn’t hear the FDA response that was bad news for all us investors. FDA could respond tomorrow to Cytodyn. Doesn’t mean Cytodyn is going to put out a press release. Could wait until the next conference call to tell us. Then he comes in tomorrow and says that it must be bad news since we didn’t hear anything. It’s something a short would do. Not saying he is but starting rumors is not a classy thing to do. If I came across hard on him... then so be it. I was trying to stop a rumor before it got started. That was my main point in the discussion. He is probably right about dates. I didn’t bother to look. Lorbas did and Pvt messaged me he believed eventually that he might be correct. But also said his comment was BS. Like I said. When he started big voting me. I might of responded a little more aggressive. Bottom line is no news doesn’t mean bad things are happening.
