Lorbas, I also got the impression that CYDY knew that the initial filling had some data gap but in order to lock-in the May 11th date they went ahead and filed anyway. Meanwhile they continued to assemble the missing data and were able to quickly turn around the request from the FDA for more data as soon as it was received making sure that the May 11th tombstone date was not negated. Goose is being way too hard on BF and it is not necessary.
