Any friendly buyout will treat senior management much, much better than the termination terms in the recent 8k filing. The buyer will make the deal very sweet for management to facilitate (hopefully a negligibly lower share price, and) a smooth transition. I’ve witnessed it a few times, albeit in different industries.
