As we all know ....buyouts come in many forms but most recently with stock and cash ...companies use their stock as a flywheel... So someone could offer a certain amount of shares for every CYDY share or some cash as well on top of that the bottom line is we need our results and we will know soon

...one thing we all know is this company will be worth more than $4.50 a share
