Tristars in operation in this documentary - when the RAF was maintaining Combat Air Patrol over London for the Olympics in 2012.
Note the interior views of the crew positions - including the CCTV system - for monitoring the refueling operation - which actually works properly - unlike the one in the USAF replacement KC-46A tanker that is going to take until 2023 and $551M to fix !
