As of mid day yesterday GNBT has not had a response from BARDA.
CEPI money willbe for "third world" countries. The amount needed to serve the US is about $1.3B.
The CEPI app was much smaller but the data was obtained and consolidated to fit CEPI's needs. Taking so much data and getting it to conform to 10 pages was complicated.
