NP and MM did mention on that previous call that they had a creative idea for meeting capital requirements to uplist. Perhaps the increase in shares is part of that strategy?

NP took a different tone on this last CC where he said he couldn't even talk about what's going on per the lawyer/MM. It seems to me that something is going on behind the scenes with these banks/exchanges.

And I agree, uplist first to get the most bang from all these catalysts!
