I honestly dont know what to expect on the timing of an uplist. NP seemed to infer that they were "checking all the boxes"

Im not sure if there is any flexibility from the exchanges with respect to capital. I brushed this comment off as typical NP speak.

I agree, that it would be significantly better to uplist before trial results and certainly before approval for COVID.
