I know they may not necessarily use the shares but my point was... some people seemed to believe uplisting was imminent. Now it appears the share increase is needed *first* and that’s not even being voted on for 6 weeks.

There’s no way they’re holding back PRs for that long.

Then again, maybe Plan A is funding from elsewhere...
