According to the official timeline we can't start commercial manufacturing until ,at a minimum, 5 months after completion of step 11.

I think its at least 2 months until we get thorough step 9.

Then how long does step 10 (phase 1?) take. Best case 2 months.

So at a minimum i don't see how we are any closer than 9 months out at this point even if everything goes perfectly and 13 months in the average case scenario. What am i missing?
