a short while ago I as part of a german stock going public on the NASDAQ.
We had a capital raise with the majority of the shares ending up in the hands of the capital investment houses that accompanied the ADR listings.
In a previous post I had speculated that we would get a 100 million share dilution based on the 15% Nader mentioned in a video.
I suspect that we will see a similar MO as one I described above. Whatever the real dilution will be in the first instance, the shares will end up in the hands of the investment company that accompanies the uplisting.
IMHO: Nader needs a letter from the investmnet house that states they will buy X million shares for $ 8 for the uplisting procedures and to pay for the next Samsung Biologics deliveries.
