I cannot vouch for the veracity of the information in that post. I only provided it to add to the discourse.
However, I would like to mention that, in at least the P2 M-M trial, Dr.BP's findings would have to be correlated with the clinical results of the same patients (presumably visible to Dr.NP) in order for any statistical analysis to be performed.
My takeaway from those excerpts is that it might be possible. But, it would require a consistent patient identifier to be used for all of the blood samples provided to Dr.BP for each individual patient -- and the same patient identifier would need to be used in whatever clinical reports are visible to Dr.NP.
