So, if Dr.BP is an "Outcomes Assessor" I don't quite understand how labs he performs for a particular patient can be correlated with Dr.NP's understanding of that same patient's clinical progress (or lack thereof).
In other words, if every blood sample provided to Dr.BP is coded with a different random number (even for the same patient), and Dr.NP's list of the clinical states of the patients does not use any of those numbers -- how can Dr.NP ever draw a correlation between patients that Dr.BP believes are on leronlimab, and progress that Dr.NP might be seeing in that patient's clinical outcome?

Neither NP nor BP could be that person..
In any clinical trial I do.. I have immediate..Within 24 hrs ..Lab results.. I am the one inputting the clinical status of the patient..Into the IVRS .. within 24 hrs..
The Sponsor receives both ..The lab results..and my assessment of the Clinical Status of the patient ..virtually in real time..
Each subject in a Clinical trial is given a distinct Subject number by the IVRS.. This number CANNOT CHANGE.. Hence when BP see’s Subject A.. CCR-5 receptor occupancy on Day 1 ..along with the corresponding CD4/CD8 count.. He can compare these numbers to those he receives on Day 3..7..14..
