ILM, I suspect all theories hold promise of being true. Patrick Morris told a shareholder yesterday he would be able to talk more on Friday of next week. This suggests to me that news is coming either then, or even sooner. I have argued for a while now that Dalton is no longer the CEO of Univec because EuroMED's Investor Presentation did not list Doctor Dalton as the CEO. Keep in mind, this presentation was later revised and even lengthened, and still did not list Dalton as the CEO.
Doctor Dalton told me months ago that he did not want to be the public face of the company, and preferred instead to be the Chairman of the Board of Directors. Dalton is a very private and soft-spoken man for those who do not know. During that same conversation Dalton indicated he was not really happy with the Univec name, and even stated that people often tell him the name Univec suggests a vacuum cleaner company. However, he did register Univec Conglomerate afterwards, so who knows.
In my opinion, Patrick Morris would make a good CEO for Univec or whatever the new name might be. The fact that he is willing to talk to investors suggests he could be the new public face of the company.
