Curious what theories there are as to why the UNVC ticker isnt on the SEC Edgar system as of Friday? Name change or merging into another company?

I dont know much about it, but it was surprising to me that we were still trading that ticker on Friday after Edgar didnt recognize it.

Maybe we get some formal news Monday morning?
