I’ve been invested in a number of OTC stocks that have uplisted to the NASDAQ or NYSE. I can assure you that a PR was released by each of those companies announcing their uplisting before the uplisting started. CYDY will announce that their application to uplist has been approved and the PR will outline the dates and process.
