Yes, the Chinese are very meticulous and would prevent extensive SPREADING. However, I was speaking about the severity of the disease. The Heilongjiang cases were less severe, that is, they weren’t multi-organ.
I’ve no doubt the spread in the US will be massive. However, the disease -if we look at China and Italy- may be less severe.
The 2nd wave in Wuhan seems to confirm that also.
