the reason SPBV spiked friday is otcmkt updated SPBV share structure
current as of 5/29/2020 when it had been dormant for a long time.
Speculation is this could be a sign SPBV is preparing to
get rid of its CE sign as well ??
Does this have something to do with PHIL preperations in JUNE/JULY
as well ???? Either way its a good sign to see one of PHIL cubs
moving up.
