SPBV was up 800% friday. PHIL owns 292M shares so SPBV @ .0036
close is worth about $1,000,000 to PHIL which is almost the
entire mkt cap $1.3M of PHIL here @ .0001 $$$$$
Is it possible PHIL could merge/spin off one of its LUX FUNDED projects
into SPBV in the future ???? hmmmm

good news with PHIL here @ .0001 for this to EXPLODE just
