REGN closed at $578. Your proposal would value IPIX at $192/share or approximately $50 billion. REGN's market cap is $65 billion with almost $8 billion in revenue.
That would work for all IPIX investors. Why would a REGN investor want to experience a 43% dilution of their very profitable business to acquire a company with a market cap of $50 million?
That's 1000x market. I can understand how one could say we're undervalued. Maybe 10 fold. Maybe we could entertain 100x with good COVID results in human trials. But 1000x market?
I just don't see how you justify such numbers.
