Polymedix had to perform a whole series of Brilacidin pharmacokinetic studies, including Brilacidin's peak and trough blood levels, and submit them to the FDA.
I have looked for days and have been unable to find them. If anyone finds them please post the results.
Once you know that you will have the answer. I have no doubts about Brilacidin's PK. If there was a problem, the FDA stage 2 ABSSSI study would not have shown equivalence with Daptomycin. Still it would be reassuring to know the study results.
Another PK point in Brilacidins favor is its long half life up to 23 hours.
