Increasing the shares?....still need the shareholders to vote on that matter and believe it still needs 2/3 vote or at least majority. It was always 2/3 according to my memory but it does sound like they changed that???

The adjourned aspect is normal, they must conclude all business set forth in the proxy format..that is the business end!

* now if someone else has something to add please do as I am 80% positive about this but 20% well worth discussing.
