I found my proxy info online. I don't want to sound too defeatist, but it sounds as if they are going increase the outstanding shares no matter what.
They want the annual meeting "adjourned". I don't know what the legal meaning of that is, but it sounds a lot different than "postponed." But the reason given is to make sure they can increase the authorized shares.
So increasing the shares is paramount in their plans. I don't know why they need more shares authorized. Whatever the reason, I doubt that it's going to help the average shareholder.
One only needs to look at the share price to conclude that it isn't looking good.
