Sarilumab looks quite useless. Bruce Patterson said that an IL-6 inhibitor will not be the solution. After Tocilimab also Sarilumab seems to confirm his statement.
In critical ill persons higher amounts of Sarilumab seems to do a little. Anyhow these patients are given up already. I have not heard any anecdotal story on it...
