Good to see a company statement regarding their FTB status. Let's hope some progress has been made on that!
The Company’s wholly-owned subsidiary, VBF Brands, has had its business license suspended by the California Franchise Tax Board (the “ FTB”). The Company and VBF are currently in the process of working with the FTB to return VBF to good standing and the Company expects VBF to return to good standing with the FTB in the near future.
The Company (via VBF) currently is licensed by the State of California for the following activities:
