On January 21, 2019 Valerie Baugher transferred 4,600,000 shares of Series A Preferred Stock held by her, and which constituted Ms. Baugher’s entire holdings in the Company and resigned as the Company’s President/CEO and sole Director. Ms. Bagher transferred her Series A Preferred Stock to Mr. Ray Chacon who, at that time, became the Company’s President/CEO and sole Director.
