I wasn't saying put out a PR on the Form 10. I was saying put out a PR on the Form 10 and the S1. Make it the Form 10 has been approved and now the S1 is being sent to the SEC.
It shows both, one being that a required document has been approved and then the next document is being sent as well. Shows investors Generex is pushing forward with NGIO being listed and will get it done quickly.
With everything that has gone on and with the PPS moving in the right direction finally, it's time for NGIO to get listed finally and get Generex where it should be.
Concerning the share count for NGIO, what exactly needs to be adjusted for it. I thought it was already set.
