I’ve said this before, but here are my suspicions on that Q:
Joe wants to adjust the share count or pricing in the S-1 before issuing it. So he’ll wait maybe until next week to see if BARDA or CEPI or some other entity or country funds the CV effort. If not, he will have to move forward anyway, since NGIO has to move forward as a fully reporting company.
As far as a PR for the Form 10, I don’t think he needs to bother. We’re smart enough to know it has been approved, and he can see that we know. He is busy loading the canons, so he’s not wasting time with the muzzle-loader.
