I have a number of warrants that expire in five years. Last year CytoDyn made a tender offer to raise capital and it was successful. Maybe they could consider doing a similar offer. 1/3 a share for every warrant redeemed. It would reward their base of retail investors, clear up the warrants and raise capital for less dilution.
