Do you have any advice to them to minimize the tax burden . Because clearly some are not in the camp to redeem warrants . Lay out the reasoning in detail please . If they don’t exercise then I guess the stock gets diluted even more which hurts all warrant holders and shareholders alike .

WHY COME ON HERE AND ASK MOST LIKELY the smaller warrant holders . Has to be some VC firms with millions of warrants go ask them too . Time for me to dig in on DD and see who the biggest warrant holders are
