Indeed it's always a let down when a filing is missed. WE take a step back and think about why. Q3 was just filed in April. That did not give the auditors a lot of time to prepare Q4 and the K along with working on other clients K's.
Your absolutely right about growth and the all the things that's been stated in the PR's and podcasts.
We may see red for a few sessions but IMO it makes a great buying opportunity.
